MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – October 27, 2008 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Robert Bitso
Three RFP bids were opened:
Bell Atlantic Mobile of Massachusetts Corporation with a bid of $16,800 for the first year with a proposed escalator adjustment of 15% for the second, third, fourth and fifth-year term of the lease agreement.
SBA Towers II LLC bid $24,000 for the first year with a proposed escalator adjustment of 15% for the second, third, fourth and fifth-year term of the lease agreement.
New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC $1,525 monthly payments with a proposed escalator adjustment of 15% for the second, third, fourth and fifth-year term of the lease agreement.
The Board of Selectmen authorized LaCasse to go forward with the town’s fall clean up.
Letters to The Editor/Announcements in the Tolland Tattler will be limited to 70 words with no photos in order to cut costs unless ad space is purchased.
A Personnel Policy will be written regarding the overlap in vacation schedules.
